Mother’s Peer Support Group

·   The Mother’s Peer Support Group meets every Monday on a continuing basis.

·   The hours are from 1:30-2:30 P.M.

·   This support group is open to all mothers of all ages, or those who are expecting their first child.

·   Mothers of any age children are encouraged to attend and give support to other mothers or seek support from them.

This is an opportunity for mother’s to share with peers their joys, concerns and highlights as a mother.

Even though babies are cute and cuddly and loveable, there are times, when mothers can get stressed out and not every mother knows how to care for a baby (s) right away. This goes for other children as well.

Sometimes, its hard for mother’s to get family or friends to care for their child(ren) or to find the answers that they need, so some mother’s may feel alone and isolated in caring for baby/children.

This is where the Mother’s Peer Support System can be helpful. You can get information, direction, guidance and support from other mother’s who’ve been there or simply just to talk about your concerns to non-judgmental caring mothers.
