Who We Serve

Alaska's People's main goal is to assist our participants in achieving self-sufficiency through higher education, training, and ultimately employment resulting in an improved quality of life for clients and their families.

Alaska's People maintains an extensive participant database containing thousands of résumés. Employers range from small businesses to large corporations and include, but are not limited to, the following industries: Administration, Banking, Construction, Customer Service, Health Care, Management, Mining, Oil and Gas Exploration and Production, Professional and Clerical, Public Relations, Technical, Trade and Craft, and Tourism.

While Alaska's People was chartered to provide employment and training referral services to Alaska Natives.  We also provide employment services for American Indians and Native Hawaiians.  Client and Employer input are essential and we welcome any suggestions or comments related to our services.
