Tribal Training Grant

Alaska Natives and American Indians residing within the Cook Inlet Region may apply for the Cook Inlet Tribal Council Tribal Training Grant. This program offers supplemental funding to eligible students pursuing short-term certification or vocational training for job enhancement and/or employability at an accredited training facility.

The Tribal Training Grant is offered on a first-come, first-completed basis as funding is available. Due to limited funding, no more than two (2) awards will be given per person in a lifetime. First-time applicants will receive higher priority than repeat applicants. Funding will not exceed $500.00 and will only be applied to tuition, fees, course-required books and supplies and campus housing/meal plans. If you fax your application, please mail the original to the office address below.
